What Causes Cloudy Urine Along With Severe Bladder Pain?

I am having bladder pain .. squeezeing and sudden relase on muscles down there.. then it causes yellow and clody urine I do not have any UTi can anyone here help me with this ? I have been treated with numerous antibiotics and tests.. doctors give me antibiotics it helps me to clear urine but increases discomfort

do one ultrasonography to rule out stone... and urine for routine and microscopical examination to rule out infection.. then consult with reports
