What Causes Clumps, Itching And Burning In Vagina After Urinating?

I have recently been diagnosed with having a bacteria infection as well as gonorrhea. I just finished my last period about 3 or 4 days ago. I also have polycystic ovarian syndrome. I now have brown clumps when I wipe. It has no odor. My vagina is very itchy & burns when urine comes into contact with that area. I don't know if this is a symptom of one of the infections or something else. Maybe a yeast infection ?
