What Causes Clumpy Pink Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, for the last couple of days I've been getting a clumpy pinky brown discharge the clumpiness looks like shredded tissue or yoghurt and not sure what it can be. I've been to the doctors with bleeding after sexual intercorse and bleeding in between periods. My cycle has been off but i had bleeding about a week ago and realeased the biggest clot ive ever seen. I've had a scan to see if any cysts etc but all normal. So now left with no answer's and as I've said about now getting the clumpy discharge. If you have any information what will help me know what's going on I would appreciate this. Thanks.
