What Causes Cluster Of Bumps With Yellow Crust On Chin?

a few days ago i had what looked like a cluster of acne about three to four zits on my left side of my chin. the next day it looked like they were ready to be popped but no white heads just clear liquid came out. its been two days since i have popped it and now its got a yellow colored crust over the top of the bumps joining them together..it is a little sore with a slight burning sensation kind of tingling. please help me figure out what is wrong or what this could possibly be thnx! i have attached some recent pictures. for additional assistance i am not allergic to anything i have had shingles when i got pregnant at 16 and i have had scabies once when i was 23. i am a 25 yr old female

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The lesions may be impetigo which is a skin infection. It commonly causes crusting lesions.

You can try cleaning the area with a mild anti septic and applying a topical antibiotic to the area.
These can be obtained over the counter.

If there is improvement then oral antibiotics may be needed.
