What Causes Cluster Of Pimples On Chin Overnight?

hello sir, i am 24 years old girl. i get these red small pimples on my face many times when i get up in the morning, it is always below my chin and happen overnight.it is like small and too many pimple like boils. i am complelely clueless of why this happens. please help me

Hello. Thank you for writing to us

Acne is quite common at your age.
You seem to have inflammatory acne. Inflammatory acne is red, painful and nodular.
In females acne can form due to underlying hormonal imbalance, specially towards the end of menstural cycle.
You may use a topical antiacne antibacterial like clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel, once or twice daily.
An Oral antiacne antibacterial e.g doxycycline can also be started.
Oral antibiotics may be continued depending on the severity and response to treatment.
Avoid cosmetics and moisturizers on your face. Wash your face clean before going to bed.
Do not squeeze the bumps
