What Causes Cluster Of Small Hard Bumps On The Scrotum?

Individual small hard bumps on scrotum that forms a cluster...have had for 20 years...most of the time no pain or discharge...once a year gets painful and can squeeze and get hard long worm like substance...what is this called...also could this turn into something cancerous as I age

Thanks for a proper history.
These are called multiple sebaceous cysts, common only on the scrotum.
They are never transformed into cancer at all. so no worries please.
You may consult a Surgeon to get these removed/ excised .
