What Causes Cluster Of Small Sores Under My Nose?

I have developed a small sore right under my nose. I popped it because it was gross then it ozzed clear fluid all day Now there are at least 20 small ones just like it but close together. They go in to my nose now. What are they and will abreva help them.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that small clusters of bumps inside the nostril along with those present outside the nostril seems to be due to infection and can be due to causes like bacterial infection causing Impetigo or can also be due to viral infection causing Herpes..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Nasal swab culture and blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

In case of bacterial infection antibiotics can be advised..
In case of viral infection antiviral medications like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc can be advised..
You can also apply Petroleum jelly in side the nostrils and also do cool compresses..
Do saline nasal irrigations..
