What Causes Cluster Of Small Yellowish Spots Around Mouth?

Hi, I have a cluster of small whitish/yellowish spots each about 1 mm in size. I use smokeless tobacco. Also I have red pimple like spots around the mouth, they are very aggrivating and have been present for a while now no itching or burning but I have a habit to touch them. They have no pus and may be unrelated. I m worried about an STD.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The clusture of small yellowish spots around the mouth can be because of the fungal infection like candidiasis or angular chelitis secondary to decreased vertical dimension. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can use topical antifungal like clotrimazole.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
