Thick Clusters of different size bumps behind knees, under arm pits, in the bend of elbow, does not itch during the day, only itches a little after shower maybe from the hot water, bumps are spreading up and down my limbs and now on the sides of my torso . Should I see a doctor or let it run its course?

Hi,

You should get it reviewed by a dermatologist and rule out any underlying fungal infection. Usually Psoriasis rashes may present like these but are on extensor surfaces of the joints and opposite to what you have mentioned. Meanwhile keep the areas hygiene clean and dry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
