Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question. I will do my best to resolve your query.

I would like to tell you that as you had dog bite 1 month before and at present you are having cold, so in that case in my opinion, there is no any direct or indirect relation between dog bite and cold. Also you had taken rabies vaccine, so it will never cause cold after 1 month, so get that point.

Your cold might be due to any viral or allergic reaction, so take plenty of fluids, avoid spicy and outside food, take antihistaminic drug. You can also consult your local doctor, if cold does not go away within a week or so.

Hope this answers your questions and let me know if you have any further relevant queries, i will be happy to guide you in right direction.
