Please I went to visit my partner, it was a 5 hours driving, people at home seem to be having a cold... and I started feeling some symptons like coughing, some, and nasal congestion I went there, spent 3 days and the day I was coming back he started developing like cold symptons as I had, but then he told me also diahrrea, bleeding through his penis and he went to Dr today, and they said he has a very big infection, that could be an std??? They made him labs and said it will be 72 hours to know if it was std???

hello,
i think it could be an std infection which would have been there from before and later he got cold from contact with other people. they may be separate issues.
