What Causes Cold And Chest Congestion Inspite Of Giving Ambrolite To Child?
My 6 year old son has cold with very thick mucus from the past 1 week.I have been giving him ambrolyte twice a day but the cold and mucus thickness is not coming down.Since yesterday , he has slight fever and headache.pls suggest which medicine do I give

As your child is having symptoms from one week probably there could be underlying bacterial infection like pneumonia,he might need a course of antibiotics. Get chest xray done to rule out any underlying lung disease.
