What Causes Cold And Cough While On Trazadone For Depression?

I am writing for my daughter. She was just prescribed trazadone for her depression and insomnia. She now has a bad cold and cough and usually takes robitussin but we have found that there are interactions between the two. What can she take that would be safe?

It is not related to your routine drugs.

As a first line management you can take antihistamines like cetirizine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult physician and get evaluated.
