What Causes Cold, Cough And Bleeding From Nose And Mouth?
hi, docter.
i'm parthiban, age 24 single & i'm civil engineer working in shivmoga(karnataka). now i'm suffering from cold & cough.
while i cough in the morning i found blood coming from my nose, after that it comes through my mouth,but there is no pain in & out side parts of my head. what is it? is this danger? please help me,

Hi welcome to the health care magic
In Rhinitis or due to manual trauma by scratching nasal mucosa with finger can lead bleeding from nose
Mouth bleed could be from teeth or gum bleeding due to poor hygiene
Your work up done as follow...
-Auscultation
-rhinoscopy nose examination for polyp, mucosa changes in Rhinitis, enlarged turbinate etc...
-x ray if needed (PNS and chest x ray)
For cough and cold take phenylephrine like decongestant for five days
Drink hot water for drinking to sooth respiratory tract
Take one tsp turmeric powder added in one glass milk daily
Vitamin C lozenges useful
CBC done as primary work up in your case
Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination with keeping all this mind
Take care
