What Causes Cold During Mornings?

Dear Sir, my name is sandeep dhingra age 44 years. For the last 25 years i am suffering from Cold. it starts in the morning. I had taken lot of medicines for the last 25 years but in vain. presently i am taking half tablet of Allegra 180mg at night and 2puff of Fluxonase nasal sparay in the morning and at night. This medicine worked for about 2 months and now these medicines are not working and my preblem remains the same. Kindly help me and advice medicine

Thanks for writing in.

Its important to know if any particular substance around you is causing an allergy that appears as cold. This is very common due to allergens in the environment or even house dust. Your medications are fine and there is no need to go for higher medicines if they worked earlier. Sometimes the morning cold is also seasonal and you must avoid exposure to pollen and other forms of dust early in the mornings.
