What Causes Cold Feel In Lower Left Leg Towards Ankles And Hip?

Feeling of icy cold down bilateral posterior and medial lower legs , left leg from lateral hip to toes and completely around bilateral ankles. It comes when I am in the sitting position, Always, always, always...and is getting worse and involving more area, and becoming very uncomfortable. My pulses are fine in both feet and both groins.
