What Causes Cold Feeling In Front Part Of Head?

Hello, my boyfriend has a strange, but often experience recently. His front part of the head is cooling down and feeling cold, while his neck is warm. This happens usually in the evenings and over night. I will appreciate any suggestions of what could that be. Thank you in advance.

Prawal pishti 500 mg bd
He should take steam at night. follow the treatment for '15 days
