I have a cold feeling in my throat. It s like what you feel in your mouth after some mind chewing gum, but in this case I haven t eaten any and the feeling is actually deeper. I ve had this for a week already and it still troubles me. Any advice for this, please?
Feeling cold in throat without eating any mints or chewing gums can be due to the following reasons: - Hypersensitivity of the throat mucosa to incoming air - Cold air outside in your room or atmosphere - Inflammation of the throat and respiratory system
I would advise you the following in such a situation: - Wait and watch - Get throat examined by a doctor and get prescription based medicines if advised so - Avoid cold air or sudden temperature zone changes - Stop worrying if there are no other symptoms
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
