What Causes Cold Feet And Toes With Numbness?

Hello...for many years I have suffered with cold feet and toes. Even when wearing boots and several pairs of socks they are freezing to the touch and feel numb. More recently my toes turn white and there is quite a considerable reduced sensation. The rest of my feet are a deep red colour and when pressed it blanches white, however it takes some time to return to normal. Any clues as to what this could be? Thankyou
