What Causes Cold Feet, Warm Sensation In Upper Body And Joint Effusion?

Hi, I am 25. Since few months my lower body remains cold while my upper body remains warm. My feet are generally chilled. I also have joint effusion because of which my knees and tibial portion is swelled up and is very painful. I want to know the cause of this at such an early age and what should I be doing for this.

You should get a lower limb arterial Doppler done to check any signs of PAD. Get it done and consult back with reports.
