What Causes Cold Fingers And Stiff Neck Post Gallbladder Removal Surgery?

I am having my gall bladder removed next week, lately I am suffering with very cold white fingers and a very stiff neck, I do feel under the weather, is it all related to the gall stones? I also smoke E cigarette I packed up smoking approx 1 yr ago and I now have low dose E cig. I was feeling much better after giving up the cigarettes but the white cold finger is quite alarming and happens very often I seem to feel cold and shivery quite often. Thank you
