What Causes Cold Fingers And Toes With Pain Even With Socks And Gloves?

Hello, I have a question about oral contraceptives & Raynaud's. I'm worried about the hypercoagulation state that OCPs can cause and whether very cold fingers and toes (similar sx to Raynaud's) have a possible link...My fingers and toes stay cold and are sometimes painful, even with socks and gloves on (I'm also on an OCP) - just wondering if I should get checked for an antithrombin deficiency.
