What Causes Cold Flashes Around The Back And Stomach?

hi im a 21yo female and i have been getting hot and cold flushes around my lower back and stomach. ive also had some bloating but it goes away within a day and also have had a cold for about 2 months just coughing and sneezing here and there. ive been on medicine for the cold and yet it still hasnt gone away. im not sure if these are all related or not can you help?
