What Causes Cold & Painful Feet During Menopause?

Hello ... i have a problem ... i'm almost 49 and am going through menopause ... i find that while i am extremely warm or comfortable all over and yet the tops of my feet get cold and extremely achy ... even putting on socks to get them warm hardly helps .... what do i do
