General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms you described, such as cold sensations in hands and feet along with dizziness, may be related to poor circulation, which can be a result of your aortic stenosis. Aortic stenosis is a condition in which the aortic valve of the heart becomes narrow, which restricts blood flow from the heart to the rest of the body. This can lead to symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, and dizziness. In addition, the cervical ribs can also contribute to compression of the blood vessels and nerves, leading to symptoms such as cold sensations and pain in the arms and hands.

It is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management of your aortic stenosis and pericarditis. Treatment options may include medications to manage symptoms, monitoring of the condition, or surgical intervention such as valve replacement. Your healthcare provider may also recommend further evaluation for your cervical ribs and worsening eyesight to determine if they are related to your cardiovascular condition or require separate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
