What Causes Cold Sensation In Left Knee While Suffering From Bulging Discs In Lower Back?

My left knee if cold or frozen to the touch as a result of bulging discs in my lower back. I was told that it should clear itself out but. This has not happened in the last 14 months. Can I assume that it will right itself over time. I got an injection into my back but it did nothing. I want to avoid surgery.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is two conditions being descried here one is for knee and second is lower back disk degenerative disease and these two are not related with each other, for the knee it could be arthritis, avoid bending the knee joint beyond 90 degree, and try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day MRI is advisable, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
