What Causes Cold Sensation In The Foot And Nausea After Injury?

Hello, so this past week while on a mission trip I injured my foot I believe I stepped in a hole and twisted it while mowing grass. I ve had it xrayed and it is not broken but it is extremely cold to the touch and I ve gotten to where I m nauseous. Should I be concerned? I have a MRI scheduled for Monday.

This could be a nerve injury which X-ray will not show and we need an MRI and a nerve function test for the same .
