What Causes Cold, Sickness With Armpit And Hip Tingling?

hi my names james ive been really cold 2dayfelling sick although not actually being sick every now nd then i get some sort of tingling under my arm pit and all the way 2 my hip just had a really hot bath even hurt when i washed under my armpits please may u help me regards james
