General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

All you experience is due to heroin and MDMA use. Your body is giving signals it cannot afford them anymore. So respect your body and try not to use them anymore. This is the only solution for you.

Get help from family or friends or even healthcare providers when you decide to stop using them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
