What Causes Cold Sweats, Headache And Frequent Urination?

Hi Doc, last night i experienced cold sweat, severe headache, down to my shoulder, arm, all on my left side only...then i urinate like ever within 5-10mins, my lips and throat feels dry always feeling thirsty..until today im experiencing cold sweat and pain on my lef head, shoulder and arm..it usually happens everyday..thanks a lot Doc...

Dear friend, Greetings from HCM, I have read your symptoms but irrespective of your family history of diabetes, age and gender ... please go for fasting plasma glucose, HbA1c, and lipid profile ... take care of your general nutrition, do consume more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and avoid processed/fried food which lack many vitamins and minerals ... please do contact us with the complete report ... we will be happy to help you ...THANK YOU
