What Causes Cold Symptoms With Jaw Numbness And Arm Pain?

Hi, I have recently acquired cold symptoms that appear to have developed into bronchitis like illness. Also when I eat or consume liquids it feels as though I get palpitations (not tightness, but increased HR). Today was exercising and coughing mucus coupled with the palpitations jaw numbness and left arm pain. Should I be worried?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that this is nonspecific type of symptoms and no need to worry about this neither this symptoms required any treatment, just take little rest and this would come around soon, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
