What Causes Cold, Tiredness, Leg Pain And Bruising, Toe Tingling And Numbness?

so for the past few month something in my body has not felt right... and i am always cold and tired which is very weird for me. I also have bruises on my legs that i have had for months. I am an athlete and have been having leg pain thats not muscle pain. its a dull sharp pain that was moving but has now stopped, also my toes get tingly and numb. I also get dizzy a lot and sort of start to see black spots. any ideas on what this could be? please help!
