What Causes Colored Dots In Vision?

When I stand up, all I see is colored dots for a few seconds. And throughout the day and night, if I bend down, stand up, just sitting down or smoking a cigarette, my heart will start beating faster. I m trying to quit smoking. I m only 23 female. Any idea of what s going on? I don t have insurance.
