What Causes Colorless Vaginal Discharge After The Periods?

Hi Dr. i would like to know if i can a 16wks fybriod removed with a surgery? Although my periods are not complicated, but after 5 days of my period i usually have a discharge that last for about 5-7days. Not orange colour is like a very light colurless fluids. What could be the problem. Thanks
