What Causes Colorless Vaginal Discharge In A Pre-diabetic?

Occasionally I have a vaginal discharge. Colorless, a bit viscous. No pain, No other symptoms. Recently had annual pap and mammogram with normal results. I am 72, no history of cancer. One pregnancy at 38 resulting in miscarriage. Pre-diabetic controlled well with diet and exercise.

As per my clinical experience, colorless vaginal discharge indicates leucorrhea condition. There can be issues with:
- Low hydration
- Loss of vaginal flora
- Diabetes flare
- Associated smoking
- Low immunity
- Sexually transmitted infection.
