What Causes Colour Vision Deficiency?

Hi today I was reading in the morning and the color of the words in my textbook turn green for like 2-3 seconds, this is like the 11th time happening to me while reading, and during lecture today the powerpoint words turn red out of no where. What is wrong?

color blindness is hereditary problem. there is deficiency which causes the problem. there is no treatment available for it. one has to accept it as part of life. further test like ishishihara chart test and lantern test should be done.
