What Causes Coma With Brain Hemorrhage?

i would request you for a case whcih i am observing regarding a patient of 65 years with hypertention and in coma with brain heommorege . She has an abnormal blood pressure. but now technically / clinically out of comma. what could be the reason and when do such patients come out of such situation.
