What Causes Compressed Spine In Middle And Upper Area With A Stiff Neck?
hi i have spondylothesis,i am 6ft 15stones age 39 and had spinal fusion(8year ago) with titanium screws in attached to L4/5
although i do alot of stretching and excersises for my back,3 TIMES A DAY i watch what i eat i am now suffering from a compressed spine in the middle and upper area also my neck is very stiff i do crack my back around 10 times a day can you tell me wat is happening cause im suffering alot thanks....
