What Causes Concussion While Suffering From Chest Pain?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I recently was taken to the hospital by ambulance with chest pain they thought it was my heart. It turned out to be the shingles. I was recently taking a shower and had the same pain and apparently passed out because I have no memory of what happened. I did however receive a concussion. Could this of happened due to the pain?
