What Causes Confusion And Memory Loss Every Evening?

My husband age 70 has had several episodes of late afternoon confusion . The last one being last night at @ about 7:00 which he didn t recognize a street. Light which put us in danger when he turned into on coming traffic. .. What causes these episodes and what can be done to help him ??

Hello,

The episodes may be due to fever or urinary tract infection or electrolyte imbalance or Alzheimer's disease etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done MRI brain, serum b12 levels, serum folic acid levels, urine pus cells and ECG.

Please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
