What Causes Confusion And Memory Loss?

should i be worried when i get confused of which direction we were driving it happened twice but in december 22 ,i was a party and i forgot about; they say 20 to 30 minutes i was confused and don t remember what happened but i was conscious and ever since i haven t been myself and probably have anxiety issues. after i came back from emergency they had done all the tests i got vertigo, room spinning that lasted about 5 days i haven t had a MRI
