What Causes Confusion And Panic Attacks?

I have a cold sore on my lip. my eyes feel like I have conjunctivitis, and I keep getting confused about where I am. I know that I am at work, but my office seems to be facing the wrong direction. Not constantly, but every few minutes. I am starting to feel panicky.
