What Causes Confusion In Mind Along With Delayed Response To Things?

Hi I took an astma attack 4 April last by the time I got to hospital I think I must have past out I wood up 3 weeks later in icu can remember any thing I think my heart stop went into card arrest can t remember anything one year on they said I was very lucky to pull through I still feel fussy in my head need to rest every day takes me longer to respond to things

Dear patient
You have got is hypoxic damage to your brain due to asthmatic attack. Due to prolonged attack of asthma oxygen level is reduced in blood below critical level. Brain is very sensitive to hypoxia and irreversible damage is caused to brain if hypoxia persists for more than five minutes. I would like to advise mri of brain to confirm diagnosis. You need to consult expert neurophysician with report. All the best.
