What Causes Congestion And Pain In Right Testicle While Getting Excited?
Hi I am 35 years old -203 lb and 5’ 10”- and my medical history is clear. Sometimes lately when I get excited I feel pain and kind of congestion in my right testicle and it gets smaller and lifts up but after the ejaculation it returns back normal

The pain in testicle on sexual arousal is due to increased blood flow to the testicles causing congestion of testicle and due to the stagnation of sperms in Epididymis which gets released after ejaculation giving you relief from pain
This is common at this age and one needs to discharge the semen by ejaculating thrice in a week either by sexual intercourse with female partner or masturbation .
