What Causes Constant Abdominal Bloating?

I have gas or blotting in stomach most all the time. it can be really bad I gethot can not sit still must keep moving around. when it gets locked up I even have trouble breathing . I can take a large amount of simethecon and 3 hours or so later it lets up a bit. but when it is bad I really get crazy doctors at va can not figure out what is causing it can not sleep when bad makes for a lot of sleepless nights

Hi, I think you should go for a abdominal ultrasound to rule out any gall bladder problem. It can happen due to gall stones also. Drink lot of water. Avoid spicy food. Don't remain empty stomach for long.
