What Causes Constant Abdominal Pain After Delivery?

hai, I am 33yrs, I just delivered in six days now. baby girls after 3boys (9yrs 4mths,8yrs, 3yrs).
my problem is my downside tummy is painful since the delivered day, even I could not walk well; whenever I walk i feel pain. please what can I do? I never I have such exprience before. thanks.

Well come to HCM
Here chances of infection may be likely, some time this may not be associated with fever, I would suggest the following medicine for this
1) Tab Cefdinir 300 mg twice in day
3) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
if the condition remains as it is then this need to be clinically examined, take care, have a nice day
