Hi,

There are many possible causes of constant abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting, including gastrointestinal issues such as gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), as well as conditions such as gallbladder disease or pancreatitis.

If you have already undergone endoscopy and your symptoms persist, it may be helpful to seek further medical attention from a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. They may recommend additional diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies or blood work, to help make a diagnosis.

If gallbladder disease is suspected, a healthcare provider may recommend additional testing such as an ultrasound or a HIDA scan to evaluate the function of the gallbladder.

In the meantime, you can try to manage your symptoms by avoiding triggering foods or drinks, eating small, frequent meals throughout the day, staying well-hydrated, and avoiding lying down immediately after eating. It is important to follow your healthcare provider's instructions for any medication or treatment recommendations and attend all scheduled appointments for your condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Constant abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting can be caused by a variety of conditions, including gallbladder problems, gastrointestinal infections, inflammatory bowel disease, acid reflux, ulcers, or even certain medications. It's important to have a proper diagnosis to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.

If someone you know had similar symptoms due to their gallbladder, it's possible that you could be experiencing the same thing. Gallbladder problems can cause symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and bloating, particularly after eating fatty foods. An ultrasound or other imaging tests can help diagnose any issues with your gallbladder.

I would recommend scheduling an appointment with your healthcare provider to discuss your symptoms and explore the possibility of gallbladder issues or other conditions. Your healthcare provider may recommend additional tests or treatments, including blood tests or a referral to a specialist. In the meantime, it's important to avoid any triggers that exacerbate your symptoms and follow any dietary recommendations from your healthcare provider.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
