What Causes Constant Belly Button Pain?

I've been having belly button pain for 3 days. It aches constantly and hurts really really bad if i push on it. I can feel a hard lump underneath if i push on it but nothing sticks out. My belly button is not infected there is no puss present or blood. What could this be. Do I need to go to the ER?
