What Causes Constant Bladder Infection Along With Pain Around The Kidney?

Hello/ Ive recently have been having constant bladder infection, then noticied constant pain around my left kidney. After going to the hospital at first i was told their was a groth on my kidney n then after he took a secound look at test resolts he said i had an cysts on my overy but thatsa not were my pain is. Its on my left side and sometimes it throbs and hurt bad. What is going on with me? I also did an exray she thought i fell or was hit but i told her that didnt happen test showed nothing, i had an appt. with uroligy monday but getting worried its pain is still their thank you lorrie
