What Causes Constant Bleeding After First Intercourse?
I lost my virginity about 4 weeks ago, I bled a lot the first time, I had sex the night after I still bled, last night I had sex again and appear to be still bleeding 4 weeks after, even the day after I am still bleeding. Is it an infection or just he aftermath of losing my virginity ??
Hello dear I understand your concern Constant bleeding is not common after first intercourse. It could be a mecahnical trauma (damage the superficial venous plexus of cefrivx and vagina), vaginal infection, endometrial and cervix dysplasia, vaginal or cervical polyp, cervix inflammation. I advise you to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, USG scan, vaginal swab test, PAP smear and endometrial biopsy. For mechanical trauma: If bleeding is visible then pressure therapy is the best to stop the bleeding. Take warm sitz bath with added betadine. Caginal infection require proper antibiotic and maintenance of the proper pelvic hygiene. Other cause require specific treatment after diagnosis. Hope this may help you
